Return & Refund Policy

Quality-related returns only
We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality reasons, including change of mind, ordering the wrong version or quantity, personal preference, or incompatibility caused by a non-magnetic phone or case.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered. Include your PayPal transaction ID and clear photos or video showing the issue, packaging, and shipping label.
Assessment and resolution
We will review the evidence before authorizing a return. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return requirements
If a return is authorized, the product and all included accessories must be returned in the condition received. We will provide the return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. PayPal or the card issuer may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Non-refundable costs
Customs duties, import taxes, and optional expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can only guarantee cancellation before the order enters processing or dispatch.
