Where we ship

We currently accept international orders, including orders to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, South Korea, and Japan. Availability may vary by destination.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping cost

Standard international shipping is currently free unless a different amount is shown during PayPal checkout.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. Customs inspections, local carrier delays, severe weather, and peak seasons may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address entered during checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order details and supporting photos where applicable.
